HANNAH KARIMIAN

Hannah brings over 16 years of experience as a full-time real estate broker in a plethora of multifaceted real estate transactions including new construction sales, commercial and residential land, residential re-sale, short-sales, and real estate investments to name a few.

Hannah is also passionate about building and architectural design, which she studied in school. She also has a post-secondary degree in Computer Programming from Seneca College/York University. She combines both of these interests to bring a number of skills to her successful real estate practice, including creative and lateral thinking, strong work ethic and organizational skills, attention to detail and critical assessment of problems.

Prior to real estate, Hannah actively worked in the fundraising/public relations and human resource department of a major Toronto hospital for several years, wherein she gained experience in fundraising, donor and event management, public relations and community social responsibility. In her role, Hannah successfully raised millions of dollars through her leadership of diversified philanthropic and fundraising programs with the Hospital’s key donors, including banks and multi-national corporations.

Hannah has been passionate about advancing the human rights of women and children her entire life. She has donated both her time and money towards helping the causes of those less fortunate around the world, and in particular in her native country of Iran. Her passion and commitment for social issues has also driven her to tirelessly canvass on behalf of her supported political party and take on an important leadership role in maximizing voter participation during Election Day. Her supported political party achieved its best outcome in her Ward as a result of her active participation and ongoing initiatives during the 2015 federal elections.
